I don't have any tanks yet but I'm hoping on getting one within the next month or two. :] I just recently became fascinated with bettas.

I'm new also....but I guess I now can officially welcome others...so welcome.:-P....my daughter had a Betta years ago...they are beautiful....in the short time I have been here I have seen lots of Betta people on the forum and their photos are something else ...I am sure they will help you good luck

While you are waiting to get a tank have a look through the forums for info & help.What size tank are you thinking of getting for the Betta? (if you look at my aquarium tab your see my Betta in his 5G).

Hi allikins and welcome to the forum. I started out with a community tank of mostly tetras, got a gorgeous betta fish after joining this forum and now I'm up to 7 betta tanks. It's hard to say no after the first one.

Take advantage of all the requirements and care in the betta section of the forum and ask us any questions along the way.

I was thinking of getting a 10 gallon and pairing him with two ADFs if the space will allow for it. :]
I've been reading up when I can on an info I can get. Still trying to figure out how to choose a filter and this whole.... cycling thing. But I'll get it eventually! :D
