would 20 gallon aquarium be enough ??

I'm planning on buying a 20 gal tank. I'm thinking about putting the following fish inside:

2 black Molly

2 Kuhli Loaches

5-6 Zebra danios

eventually my male betta

Do you guys think they can actually fit there and not be overcrowded?? Any suggestions? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

the kuhli needs real fine sand as it has a tendency to burrow
