Breeding / Inbreeding

Hey guys I have a question about genetic side of breeding. Do you generally prevent siblings from breeding with each other to prevent inbreeding, right? Or is there an allowable number of generations where this is OK, since I have a pair of corys, I'm not sure if they are related or not, however now I have some fry from the pair and was wondering if I could let them breed witch each other when they grow up?
