Dorsal Fin clamped down?

One of my platies always keeps his top fin down, but he's active. Should I be concerned?

First you must give us an idea of water parameters and other tank mates then we may be able to help

Goldfish

My goldfish have been doing the same thing lately and I think it might be some type of worm because they have red streaks on there body also.. But I am no expert and could be 100% wrong but today I put in Mardel Coppersafe to kill any parasites and some Goldfish Protect also in the water.

I have a forty gallon tank with about 4 fish in it and two cleaner fish.

When in doubt,, performing a 30 to 50 percent water change with fresh dechlorinated water that is close to same temp as the tank can never hurt. Perhaps these water changes would need to be once each day for a week. Before I began dumping medications in my tank ,I would want to test the water with test kit, or take sample of my water to local fish store and see if they would test it for me. I would take the sample of water to be tested BEFORE I performed water change.
I would want to see zero for ammonia and nitrites, and nitrates somewhere between 10 ppm and 40 ppm between weekly water changes of 30 to 50 percent.
