Fluval BioMax

Hi

I have just purchased some Biomax to replace the carbon that came with my Fluval 305. It looks entirely different to Biomax that came with the filter. The Biomax that came with the filter looks more like pre-filter only circular. The new Biomax is larger, white and appears to be of a different material altogether.

Anyone else noticed this? Is this right?

Cheers

Steve

Just found the answer. The filters do ship with a different type of Biomax.
