Tank is comming down with what I think is ICK

My buddys tank is 55gal and his levels are fine but his fish look as if they have been sprinkled with salt. He's already lost one fish (a bala shark) There are also 2 more bala sharks, 4 silver dollars, 7 sharpe tetra, and 2 kissing gourmies.

Only one of the silver dollars is showing some kinda white zit like growth and maybe half of the tetra are showing the same thing. The rest of the fish dont show anything. He's just started treating the tank with Wardleys essentials Ick Away and has been following the directions on the bottle for the last day now and we are stuck and not sure what to do to help the fish. Thanks in advance.

I've used Wardleys and had success with it.Just be sure to continue to treat the tank for at least 3 days after all the spots on the fish are gone.
