Beginner that needs some help!

Hi, I am very glad I found this site today. I have spent most of my morning reading posts and trying to learn as much as possible. I have had my tank running for about 4 months. I am having a lot of difficulties keeping my fish living tho. I hope to meet some friends on here to help me learn. I believe my tank is about 45 gallons, and I have been so excited to learn about fish keeping. Altho, at this point I'm very discouraged, almost ready to pack it up and get rid of the whole set up! Looking forward to meeting some new people!

maybe shoot over to another thread in our salt or freshwater section and decribe you're problem so we can start helping you...

start off by learning how many gallon your tank is =) height x lenght x width x 7.48051945

will help you with a lot of things from how much medication to water conditioner to liquid fertalizer and marine salt ( marine tank)

Hi, Thank you all so much! I measured my tank and it is 48 inches length 13 inches wide, and 20 height. but i'm tried the formula and couldn't get it to work. Thanks

sounds like its a 55G tank, as most a standard 55G is 48x12x18
