aqueon deluxe hood light
 

I am curious about an aqueon brand hood with a light,the light is a full spectrum florescent.
The information sheet never said anything about its wattage or lumen.
Is it a very weak light or can it support plants?

Try checking the bulb itself for more information like wattage and all. Most likely it'll be printed on one of the ends of the bulb.

I got the aqueon 36 gallon tank kit, that came with a full hood, the bulb that came on it was a 17w T8 8000k bulb. You will want a 6500k bulb for plants so you might have to grab a replacement.
