Recommend me a pellet for my bolivian rams

Hi, I've finally after a long wait got myself a pair of bolivian rams. there's a bit washed out looking at the moment but i'm sure they'll colour up once they settle in. Can somebody recommend me a high quaility pellet to form the core of thier diet around? i've been having a look online but its hard to tell if the pellets i've seen are too big

thanks

Hikari Cichlid gold mini pellets and New Life Spectrum Medium fish formula are good nutritious foods.

These fish are substrate feeders, they will never go to the surface, so a good balance of sinking foods is essential. 1077 mentions some good ones, I use a variety of 4 different kinds alternating daily to ensure a varied diet. Plus frozen bloodworms 3 times a week. Any good quality sinking tablet or pellet such as for bottom fish works fine; and some veggie ones too won't hurt, vegetable matter (as in algae or spirulina tabs/pellets) in the diet supposedly helps keep their digestive tract healthier.
