hey guys need help on stocking ideas
 

well i have a 200 litre tank

i have not added any fish yet i just want to know what other fish can i add to what i want already.

so far i want

1 pearl gourami
2 keyhole cichlids
10 neon tetras

please, please make some suggestgions on what else i could add.

i think you should post your water parameters and start from there....stock fish that fit with with the type of water you have...that is ideal

then figure out what method you will use for cycling.

If it were me, I would build around the keyhole cichlids. These are fairly "tame" cichlids and require a quiet tank (low water movement, lots of "cover" such as plants and caves, and quiet tankmates). I gather they are OK with fish like neons, so you might consider some other tetras that would also fit; check out the characins in our fish profiles for those that meet your water parameters and are quiet tankmates. I would consider leaving the gourami out, as I think the keyholes would make a nice centrepiece with some shoaling fish. And for the bottom, catfish like corydoras (also shoaling), whiptails, the smaller plecos.
