senegal bichir

i bought a senegal bichir , i have had it for 2 days and it just wont feed, i have put earthworms, woodlice, flake food and some pieces of fish meat but it just wont eat anything, it is about 7 inches now and just seems to swim around ignoring the food ,could he just of not settled in yet?

Try some prawn or some fish, is anything else in the tank which is intimidating the Bichir ?

i just went out about an hour ago and added a severum, thats the only fish with him.they are swimming together and are both active and look healthy.

don't worry too much about him not feeding at this stage, if however after 1 week you still havn't viewed him eat
i'd try fresh/frozen prawn soaked in garlic guard

or live river shrimp.
