ADF ulcer??
 

One of my ADFs looks to have some sort of lump on his left side underneath, just above his leg. It's pulling him up and making him float upwards like a fish with swim bladder. Any ideas what this could be and what I can do about it? I can't find anything on the Internet. Please help!

What addition information about your aquarium?

8 US gal tank, just the 3 ADFs and a few Malaysian trumpet snails in there. Heater set to around 25c, light which I don't use much as they don't seem to like it. Recently took filter out after a different frog got his leg trapped - he seems fine now but I have yet to get a sponge filter to replace it, I've been doing more frequent water changes for the time being. I feed live and freeze dried bloodworms and frozen brine shrimp. Water parameters seem fine (I have a test tube kit with the liquid tests). Also a few live plants and some decor for the frogs to hide in. No other health problems so far, I've had them around 6 months.
