Help identifying snails!!
 

I found it along with some of its babies in a canal near my house. I also found some (brownish) ramshorn looking snails, which are about pea size. Can i feed either of these to my puffer?

I would be more worried about pollution/contamination than whether or not the puffer would eat them. Collecting snails from natural habitats is not a good idea, especially if they are intended for food for aquarium fish. Snails can also bring disease with them. I'd put them back if it were up to me.
