Update: On Angelfish
 

I posted on yesterday about my angelfish having a cyst on the nose or something like that. Well today i looked in my QT tank and the white growth thing is gone. My angelfish just has a little red mark now where it was. The Melafix and Pimafix together must have worked. I will keep using the medicine for the 7 days til it is all gone. I turned up the water temp to 82 also. I'm so glad that it is getting better and not a tumor. It is my only angelfish in my 55 gal. community tank and is very friendly to all the fish in my tank unlike some angelfish. Here are some pictures i took of it today in the QT tank.
