question on sump
am about to start (again) my 50 gallon reef tank with 20 gallon sump. what is the best thing i should put inside my sump. is crush corals are better?
please help me.
Many say reef sand with live rock and micro algea.
I dunno, I think a skimmer is a really nice thing to put in a sump. As far as the wet/dry media skip the bioballs. Many prefer using live rock rubble as it is covered in microfauna.
are you planning a refugium or only an equipment holder?
usmc, reef sand, with liverock and micro algae? how will i get micro algae?
mush, am planning a refiguium.
can you provide me pic so that i can imagine it clearly.
Most LFS will seel it. Or if you know any body with it ask for a little bit.
