This is Noa, the 1 month old Mickey mouse platy hybrid. She's been in the 10 gallon for a while though since se was born.. She was first transported into the breeder box with all of her siblings until she got too big in there and she was the only fry in their.( Her brothers and sisters were taken to the LFS) She's doing well and has many dots and starting to have a orange color just like her mom Kara who's 4 months old. She hasn't eaten the baby and they seemed to get along just fine right now. :3
So heres Noa's little face
And My favorite picture of Noa and Kara( the mom and the oldest platy fry). Noa is cameraflauging in there but he/she is there.
Kara's other babies are going to the pet store this weekend. Hehe..
Oops. The last photo was the wrong picture. Heres the picture of both of them.
Did I post in the wrong section??
Not anymore!
Hehe.. thanks for moving it. :D
The baby looks like a Bumblebee platy. Maybe the mom was in a mixed tank of platies and got pregnate by a Bumblebee Platy. My bumblebee platy was in a mixed sex tank and has 5 different colors in the fry.
1. Blk/Yellow bumblebee pattern
3. Blk/yellow some red
5. Blk with some white really cute like a Orca whale. I have 1 of these that I plan on keeping.
I'm going for the bumblebee pattern with the blk. mask face, I posted 2 pics of my bumblebee platies and 1 pic of the blk and white baby platy mostly black with a little bit of white.I call it my Ocra baby.
I like your pictures of the platies. They are really cute. You are smart to only keep a few. I rehome the ones that don't fit my pattern on craigslist or the LFS.
Thank you. Noa is a Mickey Mouse platy hybrid. My male platy hyper is not a bumblebee platy. Heres a pictue of him( The red platy)
I do not know what kind of platy he is. Maybe someone else can help identify him.
