finally got my khulis!

now i have moved my livebearers into a new tank, i have room for others in my big tank! i fially got hold of a couple of khulis and i love em! mission accomplished, have wanted them for ages! along with the khulis, we got 2 dwarf dragon gobies, my bf fell in love with them and wouldnt leave the shop without them, they r hilarious.ive always wanted a mudskipper, they r the closest lookin thing i have seen, so im well happy :):):)

congrats on your khuli additions. :welldone: we've had a khuli for quite awhile now. we had one before it but it died like days after we got the 2nd for a mysterious reason. but i guess there are fish that look like them but aren't them. you can tell by the number of stripes. turns out our first one was an imposter but the 2nd is a tru khuli. :D my husband loves them but you rarely see them around here.

Kuhlies are lovely fish to keep. I currently have six in my tank and the are amazing to watch. They love to climb up the plants and seem to interact very well together.

I know what you mean about having difficulty finding them, it took me months of searching before I finally found some, and I bought every single one left in the shop!

I wouldn't worry too much, mine went into hiding for a while when I first introducted them to the tank, now they're always out and about.

ours stayed in the windelov java fern eternally until we moved our community fish into a bigger tank. now he stays under the drift wood.

Glad to hear they're coming out of hiding now lioness, they are lovely to watch.

Mine love sinking algae wafers, when I drop one in they always come to the front of the tank to munch on them :)
