Here is a Pic of my Plant can you name it for me?
I have several plants in my 125 gal tank and I don't know the names of them maybe everyone can have some fun trying to find out what they are. I have a algae problem, if I have to get gone with them I like to get the same one's again. thanks for the help.:-)

See if this work's, I hope it does! I love this plant it has Lilly pads that floats on top of the water. With the elephant ear looking leaf. It's the one that has some of the beard algae starting on it, if you look real close you can see it!

Looks like a dwarf lilly to me. (nearly the same thing as the lotus, but not quite.:))

I also think dwarf lily, the leaves are too small for a tiger lotus.

Tiger lotus will routinely put off 2-3 12 inch leaves before it sends out runners to the top, the dwarf lily makes a higher quantity of 4-6 inch leaves instead.

You can also tell by the lily pad, if the pad has serrated edges that slightly tilt up from the water at the points of the serrations, it's a tiger lotus, if the lily pads are round, its a dwarf lily.

In my experience anyways, I have 2 tiger lotus (1 green, 1 red) and 4 dwarf lilies.
