Help identifying another fish

Here is another one to help in identifying.
I purchased two of these fish from my local pet store and believe it or not they did not know what they were!!. I am assuming they are a kind of Puffer, their color is a golden/silver and the fins are unique I think. The store had them in their brackish tank along with spotted puffers and scats, I also have my tank set up as brackish.
By the way my spotted and figure eight puffers are VERY afraid of them, the scats don't seem to be intimidated at all.
The picture has 2 Platy's in it but the fish in question is in the middle, and sorry but that was the best picture of all I took.
I sure would appreciate anyones opinion.
Thanks so much.http://www.fishforum.com/userpix/1514_IM004125_2.jpg
