Ill goldfish With pics

[/b]Hey My 3 fancy gold fish have come down with some kind of diseas. In the pic shown it shows the lump on one of the gold fish's head. And on the other gold fish there are big white patches on the fins.

Here's a pic does any one have any idea's of wat to do ? Sorry about the bad pics :(

probably fin rot but i still cant be sure

Would fin rot make a lump on his head ? And make all the fish realy dosile ?

fin rot caused my goldfish to become very docile. they never really moved unless they got startled.
