bn and kribensis

jst want to know if kribensis and the bristlenose r compatible.
also r they comptible with corydoras.

It's my opinion that BN's are compatible with most everything. I know mine is. :-)

Agreed. I never kept my kribs with a bristlenose specifically but they tend to totally ignore non-cichlid fish unless they get too close to the nesting site. Bristlenose and corydoras should get along just fine, too.

+one. How odd,, somebody actually suggesting a group of fishes completely compatible with possible exception of cory's with nesting Kribs. Cory's are just dumb in my opinion about staying clear of nesting fishes.
Either that ,or they are incredibly persistent.

I think "dumb" is probably the case. Mine were quite oblivious and would wander into krib territory on a regular basis only to get chased back out. The kribs never actually did any damage or anything (they don't really do much damage anyway, they just kind of nudge stuff away, plus the cories have that armor plating). Poor, clueless corydoras.

thanx

I wish I could say the same for my cories! I had to remove the female Krib from a tank after their fry hatched. The poor cories got chased relentlessly and ended up getting super stressed and sick.. If only the Kribs would learn that they're harmless little guys!
