Today I lost my golden apple snail. His name was Snuggie, and he was mine since November. He was always a character; he liked to cimb repeatedly to the top of my plants and leap off to the amusement of my family and friends.

He was a big snail, so I think it's fair to say he had a long life, and I hope he enjoyed the time he had with me as much as I did with him.

I put his body out in the garden to get cleaned out. I'll keep it as a keepsake probably.
