ive had them years and they were sold as sailfins i now know this to be a term that covers alot of plecos so what are they?http://www.fishforum.com/userpix/729_onawafer_1.jpg

It's a sailfin, AKA Gibby.

ok great i thoght sailfin was just a term lumped on several species i do love the nostrils on this guy they look like a pair of horns :P

You should see a rhino plec, really big nostrils alot like horns :D

i own two ones a lighter shade than the other but the pattern is certainly not spotty its more of a zig zag pattern like the camo on a german tank
