tank cleaning

I have a 55gal fish tank. its up against a wall. how would you recommend cleaning the back of the tank?

as in cleaning the outside of the bank of the tank???

good question, all of my tanks have background on them (as do a lot of other memebers)....is there no room even to get your arm back there?
