Suggestions for new Centerpiece fish

I have a planted 29g aquarium that I'm still trying to figure out a centerpiece fish that would go nicely with it. I currently have:

4 Sailfin mollies (1m 3f)
6 C. sterbai
6 Head n Tail light Tetras

I got the tetras at the suggestion of the LFS and my water is too hard for them so I don't really want to ask for their advice since it will probably be wrong!

pH is 7.7 and hardness is about 18dH

Thanks for any suggestions guys!!

Opaline gourami?

I might consider a Bolivian ram. They actually color up nicely in planted aquariums after they settle in, and would not get too large or aggressive.

Yes. They are quite peaceful and good looking, they would go well
