Pregnant Molly "rubbing" on flat rock...

I know fish rubbing itself on things in the tank can sometimes be a symptom of ich but I'm sure she doesn't have ich. Do pregnant females do this sometimes when they are getting ready to drop? She is all square and looks like shes going to burst! LOL

Is she doing it a lot or just every once and a while? is she rubbing/flashing more toward the gill area or body?
What are your water pram numbers: ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH
How much and how often are your water changes and when was the last one, any additives used and what kind, what for, how much? water temp, what size tank, other fish, plants real or fake...
Sorry for all the questions but the more information we have the better we can help.
