Howdy!

Hi, my name is Ben, I am 18, live in Florida, and am new to these forums...not to fish, but to the forums. :D
I've been a fish keeper for not too long now, I had a tank a long time ago, got very good at it, then they all died suddenly. Four years later, I'm back in saddle, and am more knowledgeable than ever!
Right now I have 2 tanks...1 20 gallon with 4 Red Wag Platies, 3 Black Mollies(one of whom is going to give birth any time now), 3 Glass fish, and a small Cichlid and Plecto that I'm holding for my friend until his tank is ready.
Then my second tank is just a regular 10 gallon that is currently empty...it serves as a breeding/quarantine tank. Also, my little brother has a 10 gal with 8 zebra danios(4 are golden zebra danios) and 3 comet gold fish.(I think they are all gonna' die, but trying to talk to this kid is like trying to talk to a wall...scratch that, you would have better luck with the wall...)
So I'm gonna' be talking about all that good stuff.

A little more info about myself, I am trying to get a job at Petsmart, I am in the process of moving out of my parent's house, I am currently saving up for a 75 gallon tank(and plan on putting all the fish from my 20 in there, then plan on getting a Betta and putting it into the 20) and REALLY LIKE BREAKING BENJAMIN!

Hi Ben, welcome to the forum! Good luck on getting that job. :-)

Hi breakingben. I'm mean harri and I have a problem.(weeps a little) I am a self admitted plantaholic. I am here, not for the 12 steps, but for more and more and more plants. Many here are plants fiends. We don't admit to it being a problem. We just plant more and disguise our addiction with more tanks. Proof you ask for? Read and learn about the addiciton. http://www.tropicalfishkeeping.com/f...78/#post335690

Welcome and good luck on the job. Don't be in a rush to get out there on your own. The world is cruel. Us addicts know this to be true. But we are far too gone. Save yourself.

Lol, thanks for the welcomes, and the warning...I'm only gonna' get one plant...only one...okay, maybe two...GAH! ITS STARTING! Lol!
Basically, by 'in the process of moving out' I mean I'm just saving up money, it will probably be at least 2 years until I think I'm TOTALLY ready. But I might try and leave before then when I graduate High school.
And thanks for wishing me luck with the job!
