When to put carbon/bio-zorb back into filter

I did read the 'please read'. Some of the questions I cannot answer at the moment: I have just finished a course of anti-fungus medication 'fungus cure' from API. Also, I am not looking for diagnostics, as it was relatively easy. I first noticed it on a black molly (always seems to be the mollies). She appeared to be a 'silver tip' which was just whatever the disease was, plus some white patches on her body.

I immediately treated the tank according to directions: removed the carbon, medicated. I repeated the treatment 48 hours later. I did a water change, an amount I can handle, not exactly what was called for. Currently the molly is looking fine. (She didn't appear to be bothered by the fungus at the first.)
At the end, I am to do a water change, a little more than I can handle.
I need to do another water exchange. I would like to do this before I put the bio-zorb back into the filter. How does this sound to you all? Also, would it be recommended to change the bio-zorb filter again in about a week?

thanks

two cents

The biozorb is going to remove some of the medication, which is why it was recommended to remove it during treatment. Assuming you have completed the treatment period, you can place the biozorb back into the filter. Going forward, just go back to your normal routine for when to replace the packet.

Thanks..
Now I hope I can get that damnable green tinge out of the water.
