Giving away angelfish?

I think I might wanna make my 44 g tank into a fry tank for my mollies and stuff... Think my 10g is too small they aren't growing really...

It has 4 angelfish in it and those are the only fish idk if I can bear to part with... only reason is because I bred them 3 are the babies the other 1 is the dad...

I'd be fine giving them away if I knew they were going to a good home... how do you guys rehome fish that you want to get rid of?

I would feel horrible giving them to a LFS... cus idk who would buy them! :(

=[ I don't really want to keep angelfish anymore I'd rather breed my current fish and have a place to properly grow out the babies...

Find a local aquarium forum and post 'em on the classifieds. People will buy them off you for a small fee and you can be sure they are going to a dedicated and knowledgeable hobbyist. Plus the buyers will jsut pick them up as opposed to dragging them all to a pet store.

Also, you could sell them for cheap / give them away on Craigslist or Kijiji.

Or make a post here in our classifieds. I know we've got a decent number of members in SoCal, so that way you could be choosy and make sure they end up in a good home. You could even make them keep you updated and post pictures and stuff to be sure they're doing well.
