Strange Fish Activity...
I've had this little tetra for a long time now and he's one of the oldest in my tank. He's missing an eye from a fight and has this fungus just underneath his bottom lip. Anyway, I've noticed at night he sort of swims on his side and the first time I saw it I could have sworn he was dead, but when it comes morning and feeding time, he seems just fine. Just thought I'd see if anyone had an answer to this bizzarity...
I would prefer to end its misery if I were you. That type of behavior simply spells a sign that the fish will not live long enough.
Well that's what I was thinking, but he's a pretty hardy fish and has been in my tank for several years now. Poor guy.
