hey im curious i see blue acara and they look like green terror but then i see them online in pictures blue when do they turn blue from silverish color at what age

Generally cichlids like that will start to show adult coloration after about six or eight months. How fast they grow depends on a lot of factors (water quality, what you're feeding them, temperature, how many other fry are in there, etc.).
