looking to get some additions

I have a 72 gallon bowfront that has 3 angels, 1 bolivian ram, 3 platies, 9 neons, 5 cories and 1 otto.

I would like to add something that swims middle to top of the tank.

Any suggestions???

I'm surprised your other fish havent eaten the neons!

I would return the neons (which will likely get eaten by the angels as they get some size on them) and instead get a really big school of rummynose tetras. They're too large for angels to eat, school really tightly and are great looking fish that will school around the mid levels of the tank. You could try some larger tetras that hang out closer to the bottom to fit in the niche formerly occupied by your neons.

I have bloodfinned tetra with my angel, they school and are very active, might wanna consider them as a replacement if you follow batman's suggestion.
