DOA POLICY:

Applies to ups overnight shipments. Extra fish are NOT covered. If your weather is 40 degrees or below, the guarantee is VOID!!! If the fish arrive doa, I REQUIRE at least (2) CLEAR in focus pics of the dead fish in the unopened shipping bags within 30 min. of first delievery attempt. YOU MUST SIGN FOR THE FISH ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT!!! In some cases, extra fish WILL cover any doa's. REFUND WILL BE ISSUED PER FISH LOST, and SHIPPING COST IS NEVER REFUNDED!!!

I accept paypal only, and I will ONLY ship to a confirmed address!!! I will not hold any fish, so payment needs to be made asap.

PACKING INFO:

All fish will be doubled or trippled bagged, and bag buddies will be used during shipping. Insulated boxes are available for $10. ( I buy the styrofoam and make the boxes myself, so I have to charge for it). The shipping box WILL be labeled properly, and it will say live fish or fragile on all sides.
