yet more babies!!!

i vowed not to try and save anymore fry, but i couldnt resist...... pheobe, my large blue guppy, was showin signs of goin into labour this morning. so i popped her in my huge net, and wen i got home, low and behold there were about 20 babies, only 9 survivors, due to the other fish sucking at them from the bottom of the net(again!). thats it now, ive successfully saved fry from all 3 of my females, i will no longer save any and let nature take its course!!!! mum and babies doin well :):):)

Congrats again on the new fry! I said the same thing about not trying to save anymore fry as you did, but when my molly started giving birth again I put her in the net too. I also have a pregnant guppy in my tank lol so I am sure she will be ready to give birth soon, currently I have swordtail and molly fry in breeders, I will try to get the guppy fry in there, and after that I am just going to let nature take over if anymore fish get pregnant. Its just so much fun and the fry are so cute :D

congrats on the little ones.. :) one of our platys had babies last night
54 of them  and all but 3 has survived, 1 still birth and she eat 2 before i could get to them. there was 1 other in the 55 but we havent seen it in a while, to many hungry mouths in there for it to survive very long but who knows maybe he's a fighter. If he lives and we find him his name will be Lucky...
