New Arrivals-I'm more than delighted..lol

Hi all.

I wanted to share with you that I finally got 4 Sterbai cories and 2 true Siamese Algae Eaters.:welldone: The moment I got the true SAEs, I felt guilty for the death of my old SAE who was eaten by the arowana in the first week of February when he could not satisfy his appetite despite the fact that the SAE could not fit in the aro's mouth.:sob: But the aro insisted on swallowing him anyway.:shake: All of them are doing well in my community.:)

Had to use for the first time in 5 months the Sera O-nip food tablet to distract the stupid blue rams from harassing the new arrivals.

Another thing, my sister was confused in guessing which were the new SAEs. You see...the SAEs actually blended too well with the penguin tetras and pencilfish thinking those are also their siblings. They're about 3 cm at the moment but I am confident they will grow large like my dear old SAE did. SAEs can reach 10 years lifespan if you want to know about them.:) I had mine for 5 years old until he was gone.:)

Hope everyone is well. I will definitely post the pics anytime soon.:)

Glad to hear they arrived safely Blue.

How are the sterbais settling in? :)

All four are venturing the tank and seem to be lost in their surroundings, Kate. They just needed more time until they settle.:)

Oh, and thanks for counting my days of getting them.

Edit: How convenient. My camera run out of battery just as I was about to get a nice shot of my Sterbais.:frustrated: Sigh...Next time I supposed.

I didn't know Sterbais can rock sidewards and dorsal fins swaying while fanning themselves to the currents.:bluelaugh:
