Java moss news

Good news, after two months of growing my java moss it has trippled in size with only .75 wpg in a 20 gallon high tank. There has been a lot of dead stems though, it was all in a big clump so i spread it out all over the tank, now it looks like a carpent of moss. It will be hard to gravel vac but i am planning on getting more shrimp to help me out. Pretty soon i will have to give away some.

i have looked closer on my moss and found it is a hideout for baby shrimp :) hopefully most will survive and can get me some more cleaners although i have doubts since my tank has rams and crazy danios

Glad to hear it grows so quickly. I just bought a golf ball sized lump of it which has fluffed to almost the size of a tennis ball. Good luck with your shrimp.

do baby ghost shrimp look similar to baby brine shrimp? The little shrimp i see look just like newly hatched brine shrimp, there white and there on my brown algae (thats how i saw them) i havent fed my fish baby brine shrimp in over a month so i highly doubt there were survivors who didnt grow at all. I also saw my shrimp with some eggs earlier
