Ahhh some of you that have been following the New 55g set up with its headaches and *almost* breakdowns on my end know I had a bloom FOREVER...well yesterday I rearranged and did a ~40-50% w/c as well....LOOK at my tanks this AM below (before and after shots) :greenyay: while its not 110% crystal clear it looks a gazillion times better FINALLY....I always think its funny thou with Blooms how they 'vanish' over night all the time :-D

Oh I am sooo happy:-D

Wow, Angel. What a huge difference! I didn't realize how bad it was before until you posted this picture. I'm really glad you got the problem solved. The tank looks really nice now. :)
Your kissers look so teeny tiny in there. It'll be fun watching them grow.

Yea it was pretty bad...somewhere between the algae attach, ick, algae, b. blooms.....This is what happens when you do NOT give up after all :-)

Yea they're all baby's now but they'll grow and its stocked full 55g now :-)

do you have a diatom earth filter filter by chance? if so it would really clean it up

Nop have always had and will keep my Eheims :-) Bacteria blooms short or long happen no matter what...its natural...just this one was 'un' naturally long for my patience level lol
