shes done it again the same female guppy that gave birth to the baby in my signature on the 15th has gave birth again today :) but this time she had more than one.....she had 2 :-P only one had not developed properly and its tail was still curled under its belly but the other is in with the baby in my sigature in my breeder net :):):)
there has only been 12 days between births could there be a reason for this?
If its the tank/ fish in your sign...I"m sure she's giving birth to more then that, but most wind up as snack food :-)
If you wanna keep more of the fry, add some fine plants for the baby's to hide in...otherwise leave as it is :-) And yea its normal, Guppy, Platy, Molly they're all like the bunnies of the fish world :-)
yes it is the yellow female centre pic, she still looks quite large but since the baby on the 15th she never lost the weight (lol) but she may have more yet
10 mins after i found the first 1 .....4 more were found and are now in the breeder net with the others
quick update there are 6 babys now in the breeder net there gettin fed twice a day and are growing well :)
i plan to move 3-5 of them to my grandmas tank in the future when there older along with 2-4 of the females i have from the last drop in november :)
the last babys i had didnt start showing signs of colour till they were around 4 weeks is this normal and should the babys i have now show colour around the same time ??:):):)
sweet. so grow faster than others so i wouldnt expect them to get color all at the same time.(im only 14 i get this from ppl on different sites) shhh
i know this because the baby who had these babys was the fastest grower and because of this i released her first :P :):):)
