Starting New Tank Help Please
Hey Im starting a new tropical tank Im going to go for a 3ft one I plan to keep livebearers I just wana know things like what temp is Best For them And also Any additional info Such as Best cleaning patterns. Thanks for your help please post any other info you know about the and advise for me Thanks. :D
I'd keep the temp at 24-26 degrees Celsius and get some livebearer fry eliminators.:) Barbs, tetras, danios and rasboras will answer the problem of eliminating fry. Livebearers will easily overload your tank.
or you could do like we do, Feeder supply agreed to buy as many fry that we could bring them as long as there around half grown.
You could go with all males to not worry about fry but then you would have to worry about fin nipping and other agressive behavior. Also tell us the gallons or the total volume of the tank, just saying 2 feet could mean almost anything. Its the volume we want to find out if the fishes waste production will over crowed the tank.
What livebearer do you want?
They all have different needs and different personalities
33 gallon :)
