Zebra Danio Problem

I don't know if it is serious or not but my original zebra danio if not swimming to the bottom floats up towards the top. He also has what looks like a deformed under side that is close to flat... he seems ok but is he?

is this a new danio? how long in the tank? there's a thread on the forum recently about sick danios and the possibility of "skinny disease". and when purchasing danios making sure they have nice round bellies (which yours seem to according to your aquarium pictures).

has he been eating? if so, what? is his behavior toward the other danios normal or does he seem aloof? are any other fish acting abnormally?

he has been in the tank i would say a year he has been eating I believe. He chases the other danios around is that normal? He was ok when i bought him but this is new... I went on the measuring site and it said i need at least 5 danios so i want to get more but i doubt that is the problem...He eats normal TetraMin flake food.
