What plant is in this picture?

Does anyone know what kind of plant is in this board member's picture? The main tall plant.

P.S. It looks like it may be the same plant I have in my daughter's tank, but it is hard to tell because the one we have is much smaller. It is starting to grow though and the bigger it is getting the more I like it. I did not think I liked it that much at first until I clustered the three sprigs together and not is looks nice. I cannot remember the name of it now, but I can look at Petsmart. That is where I got it. I somewhat closes up slightly at the top later in the day and then it opens back up when I get up in the morning. That is what it looks like it is doing.

Thank you. That name does not ring a bell so not sure if it is the same as I have. Not sure why I cannot remember the name of it. Who knows maybe that is the name. I will check that one out on Google.

I think this is the plant we have except it is not red at the tips. I could be because it is not mature enough to get the red. I recognize the name. No 100% positive it is this though.

I think this may be the plant in Byron's avatar pic but not sure. Natalie, yours is the regular Baby Tears, right? This may be the one that natural stays close to the gravel.

Dwarf Baby Tears (Hemianthus callitrichoides)(potted)
