Stocking 55g - Help me with ideas & compatibility

So hopefully soon all headaches in this house are over, its about time to get stocking the tanks for real, here's ideas for the 55g, please give me some input on compatibility

2x Kissing Gourami
8x Serpae Tetra
6x Marbeled Hachet Fish
1 pleco (in tank already, not optional)
2 chinease algae eaters (in tank already, not optional)

As for water parameters they all fit but I'd like to hear from someone who had exp with Kissing Gourami vs Serpae???

Given their adult sizes I'd think this set up is then maxed out, what do you think?

I had posted a pic of him before, I can tell you its not a bristle nose...but there's SOOOO many different L's 123 - there's like a 1,000 different L versions - Honestly I just call him Sir HideaLot :-D Feel free to ID which version he is, my "best" shots below
