either my oscar just wants to mess the tank up or he doesnt like his food or something i dont knw he just started doing it today he eats the pellets move them around in his mouth and spits them out so any ideas im thinking hes sick them but i could be wrong i dont knw could just be messing aroud cuz he keeps going up and GETTING MORE

just dont feed him for like three dfays then get back to your regular routine and im sure hell eat then.

If the Oscar is small, the pellets could be too large for it's jaws to crush or grind the pellets. Could also help to soak the pellets in a cup of aquarium water for a couple minutes before offering them to soften them up. Would try other foods as well along with vegetable based foods. Maybe a pea or two once or twice a week.

i tried some flakes he hasnt had them in three months ate some spit alot out think he just likes to piss me off nocking plants over spittin rocks at the glass bit me once lol hes funny guy but real big pain in the butt i guarenteed if i stuck feeds in hes fliped out and eat them but i cant feed him feeders 247 and the other oscar has no problem eatin it and hes only 3 inchs at most the big one is 6 and spits food out
