wheres the best place to hang the marineland 150 on a 10 gallon tank? side, back, center of the back, left or right of the back? where to stop the water level? up to the filter or down some?

on the side of the tank, right below the filter output if its HOB.

i thought about doing that gotta figure out a way to rework the hood, the cut out isin the back. but the strong current be better from the side i thought to.
