Here's some newer pictures of the tank, not only for Stephanie but for other to enjoy, give suggestions, leave feedback...
55g had to undergo some remodeling after its org set up (waterflow wasn't ideal) and the Ludweiga got some clipping done already, also added another DW piece lengthwise now to create a little upper level for the Sagittaria (mainly cause I needed a place to tie the dwarf baby tears to).
10 and 45g had been untouched since their initial set up, thou the 45g will get a clipping next weekend cause the plants are on the surface now bending over about 2" for some stems.
PS sorry for the screwy 45g pics...but the window vs tank is in such a silly camera -light set up I can't take strait on pictures of it :-(
First 2 pic's are the 10g, followed by 3 pic's of the 45g and then last 2 pic's in the 55g.
Any more new ideas are welcome!
Really great tanks. I love the plantings.
So this is the 45g that got you all up in arms eh? It looks fantastic! Is that Egeria densa I see in there? You seriously need to give me courses on planting a tank!!!
No the headache tank is the 55g (the last 2 pictures) that tank gives me one grieve issue after the next of stuff I never experienced before.
The plant in the 45g (pic's in middle) the whole back is planted with a bunch of Rotala rotundifolia and then 1 bunch Cabomba to the right side "covering" the filter corner.
Courses!? lol Buy bunch plants you like, plant them, trim them..that's all I do lol
At first I didn't really like the bushy-jungle style I was going for in the 45g, but to be honest by now that grew on me MUCH more then the look in the 55g - I just wished I had all my old grown adult plants still, like tall swords etc that would look awesome in the 55g...being little new plants is half my 'visual' problem lol.
And then a Nano planted tank will follow now soon (as soon as I get the plants I want for that) I think that will wind up pretty neat looking :-)
So Stephanie demands pictures and then don't even look at them....tsssss...... :-)
