Possible convict/blood parrot hybrid ?

hi all. three months ago i bougt a baby blood parrot. he was black when i bought him but now he is a grayish color with blakc stripes and yellow around his gills. i am wondering if it is possible that he is a convict and blood parrot hybrid, or if this is normal coloring for a baby blood parrot. thanks. he is about 2 inches long.

God knows what that is. Looks like it's got some texas cichlid in there too.

It won't ever have blood parrot coloring seeing as they are dyed.

Did you see the parents?

the tank had 2 full grown orange blood parrots, not sure if they were the parents or not. although, this was the only black juvenile. all the rest were yellow.
