i have a extra ten gallon tank laying around. i now have a 29 gallon tank i am using. any ideas for the ten gallon?

Yes that would be gr8 for Quarantine Tank. Your just need a small sponge filter inside with powerhead. and a shrimp to get rotten and get started.

Your Hopital tank would be ready for Emergency service like ich breakout.

Yes a Quarintine tank IMO be best as well. It only takes one bad fish or coral to bring down the whole system! Coral, when you get into Zoanthids espcially, spiders, pops, number of things could go wrong. I've learned the hard way, it is best to have extra tank ready to go when new stuff comes in!

Okay Hotpleco now lets start the QT by filling up the saltwater and setting it up tank in a less nosiy place.

Patience is the name of the game.

BTW I am still learning and i will learn till i die.
