My reason for asking is... I am looking for a moss or a liverwort that is short and tight in nature and not stringy if anyone has ideals please do tell. I will be putting it on some driftwood. Your thoughts ?

i had one somewhere, but not anymore guess ^_^

you can treat this plant like a moss. Best tied down to something as it can be very messy when you allow bit of it to float around the tank :P

It is sensitive to excel and H2O2, should you ever choose to use either of those in your tanks.

low light plants, easy to keep ^_^

ty aokashi, would you know of a type that is short and not stringy ?

without enough light all moss tends to grow stringy XD, the susswassertang would be good to try :) atleast it grows in little green waves rather than individual strands :3

I have a chance at some of the Subwassertang or some Pelia. The pelia is much more costly though and not near as much quantity.

i would just go for the susswassertang then ^_^

well aokashi, I have decided to wait a bit. I have ordered some rcs and they come with some Java moss. I will see how that goes with my game plan and go from there. I thank you for all of the input.:thankyou:
