Preparing myself!

let me introduce myself!
I'm Candee! I live in the Netherlands but I am Canadian. I have always been hypnotized by a tank of fish and dreamed of having my own but never built up the nerve to do buy one. A few weeks ago I went to my home town to visit my friends and family. My brother has a beautiful HUGE tank full of tropical fresh water fish. LET THE OBSESSION BEGIN!! I was constantly at his house, picking his brain about every fish, every plant, every disease, every stone, every thing that was in that tank . When they went to the fish store (and they have a beautiful big fish store in my home town) I tagged along.
Since I have been home from my vacation I have been searching for a nice looking used tank and finally I found one (I will be looking at it Friday and hopefully be bringing it home). It is 180 litres / 47.5 gallons Juwel Vision 180.

So anyways here I am!:-D

Hi and welcome to the forum.

You'll have a great time setting up your new tank (then waiting forever and ever for it to cycle) and then picking out your fish. Your lucky to have someone in the family who can help you out too.

God luck.
