Any tips on Hand feeding

I'm trying to teach my Bolivian Rams to hand feed, they aren't scared for my hands to be near them and they are curious about the food but wont eat it until my hand is away, any tips on training them to hand feed and earn some trust? By the way i feed them Shrimp Pellets.

you have to be sooo slow and quiet, and have so much patience.
and if that fails starve them a day

:D almost all mine now take food out of my fingers

well starving is out of the option, the lfs i got them from didnt seem to feed them enough and they are pretty skinny, maybe a month of feeding before i starve them for a few days.
